Yes! For Vial Labels we offer pre-designed labels that you personalize, as well as full custom labels to print your design or graphic design services to create a uniquely custom label for you.

Different device screens have different settings for color and brightness so your finished product may appear slightly different than pictured. 

Some products do offer a Gift Wrap option. Add this option to your cart with your order and we will package it neatly with tissue and exclude any pricing or product order pages from the package. 

Once a Vial Label has been applied to a Vial, you can use an alcohol wipe to gently wipe down the label to clean. Do NOT scrub your labels as this may damage the label print and adhesion.

Items that are personalized or customized are not returnable. However, if anything is wrong, we are always happy to work with you quickly to fix it.  Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

Since PeptiPrints was started in November 2025 the response from customers FAR exceeded our expectations, and so we have been busy fulfilling orders and the website build out has been slightly delayed to ensure we maintain customer experience and quick order turnaround times. Yes!  Many of our 3D items (vial racks, holders, trays) include personalization options. Each design can also be printed in many color options — if the color you're looking for isn't shown for the product you are interested in, just send a message before ordering. 

Our 3D prints are made from premium PLA 

Our syringe trays fit most standard peptide, beauty, and skincare mini-fridges. Dimensions are listed on each product page details. If you have unusual dimensions, contact us!

 3D prints have natural layer lines and slight finish variations, but each item is inspected before it ships. Different device screens also have different settings for color and brightness so your finished product may appear slightly different than pictured.

 Use a warm damp cloth to wipe down PLA to clean. Do NOT put any of your 3D prints into the dishwasher or use abrasive soaps.
