Are these products medical devices?
No. Everything we make is for organizational and storage purposes only. We don't sell or condone the sale of any substances, and no product option, variant, or personalization selection constitutes a medical claim, dosing instruction, or endorsement of any substance.
Do vials or syringes come included?
No. Any vials or sharps products shown in photos are for display purposes only and are not included. Caps are sold separately unless a listing specifically says otherwise.
Can I put my own text on caps or labels?
Yes! Most of our caps and labels support personalization. Just choose your text or abbreviation in the product's dropdown options at checkout. That text is customer-selected and used solely for your own personal labeling and organization; we don't verify content or spelling and aren't responsible for how it's used.
What colors and finishes are available?
Most products come in our Standard PLA color line. Select products also offer a Premium Silk PLA finish for a shinier, more premium look — check the color dropdown on each listing to see what's available. Our Obsidian line (matte black with gold accents) is a separate premium tier.
Do you offer bulk or business (B2B) pricing?
Yes. Look for "Bulk" or "B2B" in the listing title, or reach out and we're happy to quote a custom order for larger quantities.
How long does a custom order take?
Personalized items are made to order, so please allow standard processing time before your order ships (see our Shipping & Processing page for current timelines). If you're approving a design proof, please respond within 48 hours — unclaimed proofs may delay your order.
What if I need help designing a custom label?
We offer a Design Assistance add-on if you need help getting your artwork print-ready, or you can upload your own ready-to-print file on applicable listings.
Do your products fit standard peptide vials?
Yes — our holders, caps, and labels are sized for standard 3mL, 5mL/10mL, and 30mL vials. Check each listing's size options to confirm fit for your specific vials.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on customized products. Non-personalized items may be eligible for return — contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Where are your products made?
Everything is designed and 3D printed or label-printed in-house in San Diego, CA. Made in the USA.
