We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Customization and Personalization
Many products are made to order and may be personalized or customized.
By submitting customization details or approving a proof, you confirm that all information is accurate and final. Once production begins, customized or personalized orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, except as required by law.

3. Digital Products and Services
All digital products, downloads, and design services are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
Digital files are provided for personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

4. Product Use & Care
Products are intended for organizational and aesthetic purposes only.
3D-printed items may contain minor cosmetic variations inherent to the manufacturing process. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to heat, moisture, chemicals, or improper cleaning is not covered. Use of products is at your own risk.
