Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns
Eligible, non-custom physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To qualify:
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipment
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
  • Personalized or customized products, including but not limited to items featuring custom text, color selections, layouts, sizes, QR codes, or buyer-approved proofs
  • All Vial Labels
  • Digital products, digital downloads, or electronically delivered files
  • Design services, design assistance, or design add-on purchases
  • Orders approved by the customer prior to production
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage resulting from exposure to heat, chemicals, solvents, excessive moisture, or cleaning methods beyond intended use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items that have been modified, altered, or repaired by the customer or a third party
  • Items returned without prior written authorization
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping charges, including outbound and return shipping, are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged during transit or an incorrect item is received, the customer must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, the customer must provide:
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A description of the issue
Failure to report damage or errors within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only if production has not begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Discretion and Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny returns or refunds that do not comply with this Policy, appear fraudulent, or demonstrate abuse of the return system.
