Custom & personalized orders

Personalized caps, labels, and boxes require a short production window since each one is made specifically for you. If your order includes a design proof, please review and approve it within 48 hours of receiving it — unclaimed proofs can delay your ship date, and proofs carry a real material cost on our end, so timely approval helps us keep turnaround fast for everyone.

Bulk & B2B orders

Larger bulk or business orders may require additional processing time. [DRAFT — confirm current bulk lead time]. We'll always confirm an estimated ship date with you before production begins on large orders.

Shipping
