Shipping Policy

Processing Time Ready-to-ship items (non-personalized label packs) ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Custom and personalized items (custom labels, holders, caps, and any product with a personalization option) are made to order and ship within 2-5 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time, please allow for USPS standard shipping times and applicable weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method & Cost All orders ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Orders of $45 or more may qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery = processing time + transit time.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Delays Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (holidays, promotions). We'll do our best to communicate any expected delays.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages PeptiPrints, LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once marked delivered by USPS. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact USPS directly and reach out to us so we can help however we can. Order marked delivered but unable to be located are not responsibility of PeptiPrints, LLC. Reorder would be required to resend any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit by USPS or other shipping carrier.
